My roomie and I had lunch again today and actually had an engaging conversation. It was nothing like the first one we had over lunch. This one was much more personal. I still think it's weird that we are just now beginning to get along at the end of the second semester. Not only that, but she is a senior so I probably won't even see her anymore once school is over, unless of course we exchange information to keep in touch.
More about the conversation, I found out things I never knew about her, including some family and childhood issues. Although she opened up to me, I wasn't as comfortable opening up to her because I'm very reluctant to telling people about my personal life, unless I know them very well. We also talked about girly issues, including some of our past and present relationships.
Overall, I was glad that we overcame the obstacles we did in order to even be able to sit down and talk to each other for as long as 45 minutes. I just wish we would've put our issues to the side sooner. I also wish that I would've been over my selfish ways in wanting my own space because I've been used to it so long. However, I don't think that is something that is easy to get rid of because I am an only child and I am so adapt to having things my way.

**Questions about the conversation would be great**
